By order of the Governor of Virginia, all Prince William County Public Schools will remain closed to students through the end of the 2019-20 school year (June 2020), due to the health concerns caused by COVID-19 (coronavirus). More updates can be found here.

I hope all families are healthy and safe!

PWCS has created a web page for Home Learning resources and activities - you can access the new page by clicking on this link.

Students should continue reading at least 20 minutes every day, at a minimum. They should also continue to practice their basic addition/subtraction and multiplication facts to continue building their fact fluency.  Please check Seesaw and this page frequently for any updates or additional resources for students to access while at home.  If you or your student is having trouble connecting to Seesaw please contact me so that I can get you connected.

Also during this time, students can practice at home in the following content areas. Please note that I will not be giving any assignments or taking any grades during this time, but I wanted to provide as much information to you as possible. Hi Families!!!

It is going to be a GREAT year in 3rd grade! This will be my 12th year of teaching and my 3rd year teaching 3rd grade. I have 3 children of my own, a little boy in 1st grade, a 4.5 year old daughter and a 2.5 year old daughter. So, when I am not thinking about my 3 kids, I am MOST definitely thinking about YOU! I have already enjoyed getting to know you and cannot wait to learn and grow with you more throughout the school year!
